For years I've worked at the sharp end of email — building the tools that decide whether a message lands in the inbox or never arrives. From reverse-engineering how Google and Microsoft fight spam, to building a Mail Transfer Agent from scratch, my work spans the full deliverability stack. Under my leadership, Zoho's deliverability arsenal now equips the operations team to excel at scale, and I'm building a Bulk Email Sending API to push that further.
